# Asahi Linux

The project that makes Linux work on Apple Silicon Macs (M1, M2 and M3): it reverse-engineers Apple's GPU, audio and other drivers and upstreams them into the kernel. It ships no versions of its own — its reference distribution is Fedora Asahi Remix, hence the numbering.
